How I got here

I have spent nearly a decade in production in narrative, commercial, digital, and documentary work. Along the way I learned early that the best creative ideas die in chaos. Teams guessing what's next, or making significant on the spot decisions. I got tired of watching talented people get stuck.

So I started a note on my phone, my “Dream Production - To do next time” list. I learned to build different. Now I design the infrastructure that lets teams ship faster and actually enjoy the work.

What I believe

Good systems aren't boring. They're liberating. When your team knows what's in progress, who owns what, and when it's due, you stop wasting energy on guessing and start making real creative decisions.

What I build

Project management dashboards that serve you. Production timelines, creative briefs, and accountability that adjust to your speed. I have scaled production from 2 videos/month to 1/week by designing systems that made priorities transparent and ownership clear.

The work is collaborative. I don't impose templates. I listen to how your team actually works, design for that reality, and strive to build something sustainable.

My work beyond production

I teach pre-production at Austin Public and Laredo Film Society because I believe visual storytelling shouldn’t be limited to Hollywood. I co-lead Tejanas in Film, a filmmaker collective supporting Latina/x/e creators in Texas that has helped shape me along my career. Through my experience producing and mentoring on scrappy sets, I’ve come to really see how just a little structure can make a film feel like a million bucks.
